본 연구는 대학생들을 대상으로 한 진로지도가 졸업을 앞둔 고학년에 이르러 이루어지기 보다는 대학생활을 시작하는 대학 1학년 신입생부터 체계적으로 이루어져야 함을 강조하고자 하는 연구이다. 본 연구의 목적은 대학 신입생에게 적합한 진로지도 프로그램을 한 학기 동안의 진로관련 정규교과목 수업으로 제공하였을 때 수업의 효과를 검증하고자 하는 연구이다.\n연구의 대상은 대학 신입생들을 대상으로 개설되어 있는 진로관련 정규교과목 수업을 수강한 대학 신입생 총 82명이다. 수업은 대학 신입생에 적합한 진로지도 프로그램을 활용한 수업으로 자신의 적성, 흥미, 능력 등을 탐색하고 자신의 진로목표를 세우도록 하는 2시간 정규 수업으로 이루어졌다. 진로지도 프로그램의 효과는 진로정체감, 진로결정수준이 차이가 있는지를 t검정을 통해 분석하였다.\n연구의 결과로 대학 신입생에게 적합한 진로지도 프로그램을 한 학기 동안 수강한 대학 신입생에게서 진로정체감, 진로결정수준이 모두 유의미 있게 향상되었다.\n이러한 결과로 대학 신입생을 위한 진로지도 프로그램은 정규 교양필수교과목으로 지정되어 모든 신입생부터 의무적으로 수강하게 함으로써 진로지도가 체계적으로 이루어져야 함을 제언하고자 한다.
The purpose of this study is to emphasize the fact that career guidance for college students should be done systematically from first year freshman students who start college life rather than short-sighted attitude toward the upper grades. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of classroom guidance on career guidance programs for college freshmen in one semester.\nThe subjects of this study were 82 freshman students who took regular course subjects related to career education which were opened to university freshmen. Classes consisted of two - hour regular classes that allowed students to explore their aptitudes, interests, and abilities and set their career goals by using a career guidance program appropriate for college freshmen. The effect of the career guidance program was analyzed by t test to see whether there was a difference in career identity or career decision level.\nAs a result of the research, career orientation and career decision level were significantly improved in freshman college freshmen during one semester.\nAs a result, it is suggested that career guidance program for university freshmen should be designated as a regular curriculum and that all new students should take mandatory courses so that career guidance should be done systematically.
