Conflicts in the members are negatively related to the productivity and satisfaction of the members, and it is known that it disturbs organizational performance by wasting time and career in performing the tasks. Therefore, in order to enhance the productivity of the organization, it is very meaningful to investigate how the communication of the members in the company affects the performance of the job and what is the desirable communication method.\nIn this study, we investigate the effect of communication on organizational conflict and organizational performance among the members of IT companies with poor working environment and relatively poor treatment, and suggest improvement plan. For this purpose, the related questionnaires were distributed and the collected data were analyzed using basic statistical analysis, factor analysis, internal consistency, correlation analysis, and regression analysis using statistical package (IBM SPSS Stactics 22).\nThe results of the study are as follows. First, managers and superiors of IT companies should reduce their organizational conflict through informal communication with members and prevent informal communication from occurring. Second, we should respect the opinions of individual members and create a better communication environment. Third, in order to improve organizational performance, managers should introduce a systematic organizational management system.
