Today, employment has become a new social problem. Universities are striving to foster customized human resources that reflect the needs of companies. But it has failed to produce results that satisfy both college students and businesses. The study aims to increase the participation rate of university students in college by analyzing employment programs for university students in Daejon district. It also seeks to find links to corporate satisfaction.\nAs a result, human factors and creativity, humanities & creativity, technical & specialty, and foreign languages were all affected by undergraduate participation. And university student participation was affecting corporate satisfaction. The university should consider the job training program considering the connection between corporate satisfaction and employment with college students.
