The purpose of this study was to the effects of elementary school tennis coaches\' leadership style on organizational commitment. In order to achieve this purpose three research questions were established. Participants for this study were 260 elementary school tennis players. Of participations valid data were 210.
They completed a modified inventory of servant leadership , organizational commitment. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey.
The followings are conclusive results:
First, The servant leadership statistically and significantly influences normal commitment of organizational commitment.
Second, The servant leadership statistically and significantly influences rational commitment of
organizational commitment.
Third, The servant leadership statistically and significantly influences maintain commitment of organizational commitment.
