The purpose of this study is to inquiry the problems of educational system for social welfare and to improve the profession for social worker. So, this study is to compare the major satisfaction, identity and profession of social welfare between the student of the social welfare major and the multi-major.
The subjects of this research are 203 students who are in department of social welfare or the multi-maojr for the inclusive of the child welfare, family welfare etc. And this students are in 3,4 grade who finished the actual training of social welfare practice, The results of analysis are as follows;
First, so, the major satisfaction significantly affects the identity of social welfare, the identity affects the profession of the social welfare, that the research model is suitably verified.
Second, the passes of the major satisfaction, the identity and the profession are significantly differ between the students of social welfare major and multi major.
In conclusion, the discussion and proposal concerned on this research question are suggested.
