본 연구에서는 사회복지 단일전공 학과와 사회복지 복합전공 하는 학과의 학생들의 전공만족도가 사회복지직 정체성을 매개로 사회복지 전문성에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 통하여, 사회복지사 양성을 도모하는 대학의 사회복지교육체제가 현재 우리나라에서 가지는 문제점을 고찰하고 실증적으로 분석하여, 사회복지실천 현장의 전문성을 제고하고 클라이언트에 대한 효과적이며 전문적인 원조를 지원하는 사회복지전문인 교육체제를 강구하는데 있다. 본 연구는 4년제 대학의 사회복지사 2급 자격 취득학과의 사회복지실습 경험이 있는 3,4년 학생 203명의 설문응답내용의 분석을 토대로 하고 있다. Amos를 중심으로 분석한 결과, 연구모형인 사회복지 전공만족도는 사회복지직 정체성에, 사회복지직 정체성은 사회복지 전문성에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타나, 타당한 모형으로 검증되었다. 둘째, 사회복지 단일전공 학과의 학생들과 사회복지 복합전공 학과 학생들은 사회복지 전공만족도와 사회복지직 정체성 및 전문성에 이르는 경로에서 유의미한 차이가 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 이러한 분석결과를 바탕으로 논의와 제언을 결론에서 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to inquiry the problems of educational system for social welfare and to improve the profession for social worker. So, this study is to compare the major satisfaction, identity and profession of social welfare between the student of the social welfare major and the multi-major. The subjects of this research are 203 students who are in department of social welfare or the multi-maojr for the inclusive of the child welfare, family welfare etc. And this students are in 3,4 grade who finished the actual training of social welfare practice, The results of analysis are as follows; First, so, the major satisfaction significantly affects the identity of social welfare, the identity affects the profession of the social welfare, that the research model is suitably verified. Second, the passes of the major satisfaction, the identity and the profession are significantly differ between the students of social welfare major and multi major.
