The purpose of the study is to find out the relation between social work practice education levels and the usage of social work practice skills. The data was collected and analyzed from 234 social workers in 40 social welfare centers in Seoul.
In results, it was confirmed that the level of social work practice education had an effect on the usage of social work practice skills of the field workers. In conclusion, this research indicated that if social works had a higher education levels, they would develop practice skills and practice knowledge.
The findings suggest that the professional practice is learned and developed in a range of ways over time through training, practice, and reflection. It also confirms the necessity of involvement strategy to promote the development of social work education models.
