이 연구는 우리나라 사회복지 실천현장에서 요구하는 실천기술이 무엇인지 탐색하고 종합사회복지관 사회복지사들의 사회복지실천기술의 수행에 미치는 대학교육의 충분성의 영향력에 대해서 확인하는 연구로서 이를 위해 서울시 소재 종합사회복지관의 234명의 사회복지사를 조사하였다. 조사결과, 사회복지사들은 사회복지실천기술의 수행도 중 기초기술군과 개인대상 실천기술군에서 비교적 높은 수행도를 보이는 반면, 집단/가족대상 실천기술군과 지역사회서비스 실천기술군의 수행도는 상대적으로 낮게 인식하였다. 그리고 사회복지교육의 충분도에 대해 모두 보통 수준으로 인식하고 있고, 그 중 실천기술 교육의 충분도가 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 사회복지교육의 충분도가 사회복지실천기술에 미치는 영향력 분석에서는 전반적으로 사회복지교육의 충분도 인식이 높을수록 사회복지실천기술의 수행도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났는데, 특히 실천교육 뿐 아니라 가치ㆍ윤리교육 도 긍정적인 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 연구결과를 바탕으로 사회복지실천 및 사회복지교육에 대한 실천적 함의를 제안하였다.
The purpose of the study is to find out the relation between social work practice education levels and the usage of social work practice skills. The data was collected and analyzed from 234 social workers in 40 social welfare centers in Seoul. In results, it was confirmed that the level of social work practice education had an effect on the usage of social work practice skills of the field workers. In conclusion, this research indicated that if social works had a higher education levels, they would develop practice skills and practice knowledge. The findings suggest that the professional practice is learned and developed in a range of ways over time through training, practice, and reflection. It also confirms the necessity of involvement strategy to promote the development of social work education models. * key words : social work practice education, social work practice skills, practice learning, social worker
