본 연구는 지역사회 네트워크를 활용한 사회복지 실습지도 실천모델을 개발하고자 하는 것이다. 6개소의 청주지역 사회복지관과 종합사회복지센터를 중심으로 2회에 걸쳐 실시된 ‘사회복지 연합실습’ 내용(준비-모집-오리엔테이션-실습교육-평가)을 소개하고, 평가의견을 토대로 개선사항을 제시하였다. 1회 40명, 2회 39명이 참여하였으며, 실습내용을 공통 내용과 특성화 된 내용으로 분류하여 초기 기관실습 3일-연합실습 10일-기관실습 7일 등의 순으로 진행되었다. 만족도는 3.84(4.0)였으며, 평가에서 제시된 개선사항은 실습기간 연장, 실습내용의 다양화, 실습지도자와의 유대강화 등이었으며, 향 후 이를 반영한 더욱 발전된 현장실습 프로그램을 만들고자 한다. 현재, 사회복지 연합실습은 지역사회 네트워크를 구성하고 지역의 부족한 실습 자원을 서로 충족시켜줄 수 있는 효율적인 프로그램이 되고 있다.
This study concerns the development of social welfare field practice programs based on local network. It introduces the contents (preparation - recruitment - orientation- practice- evaluation) of \'social welfare association and practice\' which have been carried out twice under the sponsorship and guidance of the general welfare center and six social welfare centers located in Cheong-Ju, South Korea. It also suggests possible improvements to the system based upon this evaluation. There were 40 participants who took part in the first practice and 39 participants who took part in the second. The details of the practice were classified into common contents and specified contents. The study ran for three days investigating the institution practice, ten days for the association practice and seven days for the institution practice. The satisfaction level was 3.84 out of 4.0 and the improvements suggested, were a stronger bond with the practice supervisor, diversification of the practice program and extension of the practice term. We should have improved welfare practice programs in the future. Currently, social welfare practice consists of local community network and has become an efficient program in fulfilling the practice resource to community standards. keyword : community, network, field practice program, social welfare association and practice
