The purpose ofthis study is to analyze characteristics of students and to provide effective
teaching strategies ofon-line classes in order for making e-learning fitwellinto teaching and
learningenvironmentofuniversities.Forthis,collegestudentswhohavetakenon-lineclasseswere
sampled,andtheirperceptionandefficacyofe-learningwereanalyzedinrelationtotheirsatisfaction
with and intention oftaking on-line courseslateron.The results ofthe study show that;① A
strong corelation were found in four factors ofperception ofe-learning,efficacy ofe-learning,
satisfactionofon-linecourses,andintentionoftaking on-linecourseslateron,② Satisfactionwith
on-line courses and intention of taking on-line courses later on were especially influenced by
perception ofe-learning in a positiveway,③ Students’perception ofe-learning wassignificantly
differentamonggroupsclassifiedbythematrixoftheirsatisfactionandintention.
