본 연구는 우리나라에서 역통합교육을 실시하고 있는 세 특수학교 유치원 과정의 17명 구성원을 대상으로 교육행정 지원 실태와 교육행정 지원 요구를 알아보았다. 질적 연구방법으로 분석한 결과 첫째, 역통합교육기관의 교육행정실태 중 물리적 지원 실태 측면에서 일반학교 보다 넓고 쾌적할 뿐만 아니라 다양한 특별실이 있었다. 교육적 지원의 실태 측면에서 협력교수체제의 교수방법 적용 및 수정된 교육 프로그램이 운영되고 있었으며 일반아동들에게도 효과적인 교육이 이루어지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 역통합교육기관 내 요구 분석 결과 교육행정지원이 많을수록 학부모들의 역통합교육에 대한 지원율이 높은 것으로 나타났고 현장의 요구에 적합한 지원을 제안하였다. 역통합교육은 통합교육을 위한 국가 차원의 새로운 정책 도입으로서 예산을 줄이고, 장애아동과 일반아동 모두에게 바람직한 교육적 지원을 제공하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 통합교육의 또 다른 대안적 모형으로서 역통합교육의 교육행정 지원 실태와 요구에 관한 분석 결과는 현행 통합교육의 교육행정적 지원 방안을 모색하는 데 의의가 있다.
The purpose of this study was providing desirable model of the educational administrative supports for promoting reverse inclusive education by analysing educational environment of the three special schools for the handicapped that currently provide the reverse inclusive education for the Kindergarteners.The investigation and analysis on the cases of Kindergarten course of the A special school, SN special school and SM special school in Seoul and Kyunggido province has been conducted and total 17 persons including ordinary teachers, special teachers, therapists, vice school master in charge of administration and parents of normal pupil and the parents of the handicapped pupil were carefully selected for this study and each of them has been individually interviewed. The study has been conducted for the period of about one year from September 2005 through November 2006 and the result of the study can be summarized as follows. Firstly, all three special schools that have reverse inclusive education courses have spacious and comfortable facilities compared with the ordinary schools and equipped with various classes for the special purposes, and they are all satisfied with their current physical environment.Secondly, The requests for the administrative support from the education field are as follows: Expansion and improvement of the special rooms for the proper distribution of the education materials and more comfortable activities of the pupils are needed. To promote and spread the system of the united school as a model for the reverse inclusive education among the special schools which now suffering from decease in the numbers of the enrollment, the proposals for the ideal educational administrative support and desirable model for the reverse inclusive education have been suggested.
