The purpose of this study was providing desirable model of the educational administrative supports for promoting reverse inclusive education by analysing educational environment of the three special schools for the handicapped that currently provide the reverse inclusive education for the Kindergarteners.The investigation and analysis on the cases of Kindergarten course of the A special school, SN special school and SM special school in Seoul and Kyunggido province has been conducted and total 17 persons including ordinary teachers, special teachers, therapists, vice school master in charge of administration and parents of normal pupil and the parents of the handicapped pupil were carefully selected for this study and each of them has been individually interviewed.
The study has been conducted for the period of about one year from September 2005 through November 2006 and the result of the study can be summarized as follows.
Firstly, all three special schools that have reverse inclusive education courses have spacious and comfortable facilities compared with the ordinary schools and equipped with various classes for the special purposes, and they are all satisfied with their current physical environment.Secondly, The requests for the administrative support from the education field are as follows: Expansion and improvement of the special rooms for the proper distribution of the education materials and more comfortable activities of the pupils are needed.
To promote and spread the system of the united school as a model for the reverse inclusive education among the special schools which now suffering from decease in the numbers of the enrollment, the proposals for the ideal educational administrative support and desirable model for the reverse inclusive education have been suggested.
