Inclusive education is one of the more attention-getting issues on the current education. So teachers prepare to inclusive education. The purpose of the study was to investigate the views of early childhood education principals and teachers by the preparation and recognition for inclusive education. A sample of 178 participants(Principals=43, teachers=135) are living in Seoul or Gyeonggi of Korea. The study was analyzed by a computer program.
The results showed, the principals and teachers don't know to inclusive education methods and hope to change a model of teacher education programs for the inclusive education.
