본 연구는 국가수준의 유치원 평가 공통지표 및 지역교육청 자체평가지표를 바탕으로, 유치원 교원들 의 요구도 조사를 기초로 웹상에서 구현되어 유치원 자체평가를 돕는 웹기반 유치원 자체평가 조력 시스템 을 개발하였다. 시스템의 구성은 첫째, 조력시스템의 목표는 유치원 교육의 질적 향상, 유치원 평가에 대 한 전반적인 지식과 기술습득, 평가와 관련하여 수반되는 다양한 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 기능신장으 로 정하였다. 둘째, 시스템의 메뉴는 평가소개, 평가 도움방, 자체평가, 전문가 문의, 평가결과, 자료실, 시스템 개선요구, 커뮤니티로 하였다. 셋째, 웹기반 유치원 자체평가 조력 시스템을 현장에 적용하여 적 합성을 알아본 결과 평균 점수가 중간 이상으로 나타나 본 연구에서 개발한 시스템이 유치원 평가업무를 수행하는데 적합하다고 할 수 있다.
The purpose of this study was to develop a web-based kindergarten self-evaluation support system (WBKSESS). The developed WBKSESS consists of the following components. First, the purpose of WBKSESS is, by utilizing the system, to reconsider the proper awareness of kindergarten education, to improve the knowledge and skills for performing the tasks of kindergarten evaluation smoothly, and finally to perform the tasks of office of education and kindergarten effectively. Furthermore, by making a cooperative relationship between kindergartens and local experts, the localization of Early Childhood Education would be realized. Second, WBKSESS consists of menus such as the introduction of evaluation, the space for evaluation help (self-learning corner), self-evaluation, expert counselling, evaluation result, system improvement demand, and community. The reason why the space for evaluation help is for teachers to prepare for doing evaluating their kindergarten by themselves by acquiring enough knowledge of evaluation and proper understanding of a manual of evaluation and evaluation index. Third, the result of testing the appropriateness of WBKSESS is 4.08, that is above the average, this system can be regarded as suitable for performing the tasks of kindergarten evaluation.
