The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effects of regular aerobic dance exercise for 12 weeks on growth
hormone, IGF-l, lipid elerrent to blood in older. The subjects of this study were sixteen obese in elder, and they were
divided into two groups. One was exercise group which included eight obese in elder and Other was control group which
included eight obese in elder. Aerobic dance exercise intensity was 50-75% of HRmax. The exercise was concluded four
titre a week through 12 weeks in the exercise group. The control groups were l1--easured two times at the same titre as
the exercise groups without any exercise program AIl data were expressed as I1'ean and standard deviation by using
SfSSjPC program, ,md Independence t-test, pair t-test analysis rrethod were used for this task
The results obtained from this study were as follows;
1. There is a significant difference on growth hormone and IGF-l variables of the exercise group before and after each
groups showed significant difference(p<.01).
2. The TC and Apo-A between exercise group and control group showed no significant difference.
3. There is a significant difference on TG and Apo-B variables of the exercise group before and after each groups
showed significant difference(p<.01).
In summary, the findings suggest that regular aerobic dance exercise may have benefit effect on growth hormone,
IGF-l, Apo-B, TG obese in high aged women. However, we Sll&,oest that these response of growth hormone, IGF-l, lipid
element to blood will be different from various of exercise mode, volllII'e, and intensity, respectively.
