The purpose of this study was to survey a perception of importance level of job peIfonnance, by 64, EMf students who were studying at Gachongil college. The job related activities of 17 tasks and 118 task elements were checked by 3 rating scale. The data was analyzed using a SPSS program for descriptive statistics. The results of the study were as follows; 1. Some of the most important task were resuscitation of circulation-V /S- respiratory support-tx of trauma pt-environmental emergency care. 2 Some of the most important task elements were adult cpr-child cpr -defibrillation-infarlt cpr-v Is. 3. Some of the lowest level of importance in task were blood transfusion - lifting & transferring pt - lab test - injection & medication - recording & reporting. 4. The lowest level of importance in task elements were preperation of IM - preperation of ID - orientation on other ward - check I/O - implementation of IM - implementing ID. suggestion; 1. This paper was based on surveying 64 EMf Gachongil college students only. Thus broadening the survey range to other college to perform analytical comparison is required. 2 development of protocols and emergency care manual book related to clinical skill is necessary
