"The purpose of the study is to suggest program of based of the social work practice theory for childrens with ADHD in institutional care. For this purpose, this paper studied the concept of ADHD, the causes, characteristics of childrens in institutional care and studied social work practice theory for ADHD childrens. This paper conduct the comparative study of the approach effects between cognitive behavior approach, systematic approach combined PMT(parent management training) and integrated approach centerd social skill training based of social work practice theory. The results shows that cognitive behavior approach, systematic approach combined PMT and integrated approach centerd social skill training was meaningful to reduce ADHD symptoms. Therefore, this paper suggests intergrative approach applied family and school system be developed for childrens with ADHD in institutional care.
