The purpose of this study is to guide physically disabled students to have the successful choice of Teaching-learning method and to provide them with better learning environment and to improve teaching methods of teachers' at the chalkface. The goals of this study are as follows: First, we need to know teacher's recognition regarding situation of physically disabled student with learning disabilities. Second, we need to know teacher's recognition concerning teaching for physically disabled student with learning disabilities. The target subjects of this survey are two hundred eighty teachers of the 10 national physically disabled schools and two hundred seventy survey sheet are collected (collect rate: 94.4%). Major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: First, teacher's recognition about learning disabilities situation is differ from element to element. Our analysis of the teachers' response tell us that they experience possible students with learning disabilities more than eighty one percent. This shows that students who have trouble learning among physically disabled students widely existed. Second, this study shows that teachers' recognition of teaching physically disabled students with learning disabilities is differ from element to element. Most physically disabled school teachers choose individualized education program that is necessary to educate the learning disabled and they answer a question that the lack of time for individualized education is the most problem. This shows teacher think that individualized program is most important when they teach students. However, it is difficult to run individualized program because of the time and environment situation.
