To set up MAP, we use Angoff method, and use elementary teachers who have experience in teaching and setting exam questions as MAP assessor. Two panels are consisted in five members, and three rounds are progressed. As a result, MAP of elementary social studies in 4th grades in 2011 diagnostic evaluation is 64.7 points, and standard deviation between 10 assessors calculated as 6.91 point. There are not sufficient researches on MAP in diagnostic evaluation in local level, so this research will give useful implications to similar work setting up MAP in local level.
