이 연구는 초등 4학년 사회 진단평가 사례를 바탕으로 기초학력 도달 기준 설정과정을 분석하였다. 기초학력 도달 기준 설정을 위해 검사도구의 내용 분석을 바탕으로 하는 Angoff 방식을 활용하였고, 교육경력과 전국 및 지역 교육청 수준의 평가 문항 출제 및 검토 경험 갖춘 교사를 평정자로 선정하였다. 5명씩 2개의 패널을 구성하여 기준 설정 예비단계와 설정단계 3라운드를 진행하였다. 그 결과 산출된 초등 4학년 사회 진단평가 기초학력 도달 점수는 64.7점이었고, 문항별 정답률에 대한 평정자들의 추정값 표준편차 평균은 6.91로 나타났다. 지역 수준의 진단평가에서 절대적인 학업성취 도달 기준에 대한 연구가 부족한 현실에서 이 연구의 도달 기준 산출 과정은 지역 수준의 진단평가 성취도달 기준 설정에 유용한 시사점을 줄 것이다.
"In this study researchers analyze the process to set up minimally passing score(MAP) of elementary social studies in 4th grades. To set up MAP, we use Angoff method, and use elementary teachers who have experience in teaching and setting exam questions as MAP assessor. Two panels are consisted in five members, and three rounds are progressed. As a result, MAP of elementary social studies in 4th grades in 2011 diagnostic evaluation is 64.7 points, and standard deviation between 10 assessors calculated as 6.91 point. There are not sufficient researches on MAP in diagnostic evaluation in local level, so this research will give useful implications to similar work setting up MAP in local level.
