The center of training professional artists in our country is university. In terms of this, even the theater field
is same. As the prior education in the university education with a major in this theater, the theater curriculum
for art high school is very important. However, in the theater field, the education in university and high school
isn\'t connected mutually and organically. Especially, inspecting 5 subjects in the theater field, its seriousness can
be known well. They are ① too much in volume, ② very difficult, ③ serious even in the overlapping of
contents between subjects, ④ having error as well in the content system between subjects, ⑤ being discovered
even quantitative imbalance, ⑥ serious level even in confusion in light of terminology. Accordingly, this study
arranged the revised tentative plan by reflecting humanity such as “creativity, personality, consideration, sharing,”
for which ‘2009 revised curriculum’ had sought, while solving 6 problems in the above. It reflected opinions of
several university professors and high school teachers through questionnaire or consultation meeting in the
process, and finally inspected it through the public hearing, which was joined by severally relevant entities.
However, it cannot help being left as the short-term task hereafter for the adjustment in subjects and a problem
about 5-unit standard for all subjects, and as the long-term task, which will be endeavored continuously, for the
more fundamental problem called separation of theater and movie.
