No one can deny that our government should secure or promote living of the veterans and their families, who had involved in the special operations of espionage infiltration to North Korea, because the tasks required them to sacrifice themselves or their families for their state. One of the most desirable ways for this would be paying them substantial compensation against their sacrifices. In doing this, the government should remember that recovery of their honor is the most important task over all. In other words, it is not until the government guarantees them honorable treatment and prestige as well as enough pecuniary considerations and good medical care that it can instill patriotism in to the hearts of the veterans and other common people.
After taking a look at the compensation systems stipulated at the present , this paper analyzes the problems which the related groups have rased on this law.
