본 연구에서는 보육시설에서 유아 성폭력 예방 코칭프로그램을 적용함으로써 유아들의 성지식과 성폭력 대처능력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 어린이집에 다니는 만4세 20명을 선정하였으며 실험집단 10명, 통제집단 10명으로 무선 배정하였다. 연구방법으로는 실험집단과 통제집단의 사전검사를 한 후 실험집단에서는 주 1회 20분씩 성폭력 예방 코칭프로그램을 8주에 걸쳐 실시하였으며, 통제집단은 아무런 처치도 하지 않았다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아 성폭력 예방 코칭프로그램을 실행한 실험집단은 프로그램 전에 비하여 프로그램 후 성지식이 유의하게 향상되었다. 둘째, 유아 성폭력 예방 코칭프로그램을 실행한 실험집단은 프로그램 전에 비하여 프로그램 후 성폭력 대처능력이 유의하게 향상되었다. 이러한 결과들을 통해 유아 성폭력 예방 코칭프로그램이 유아들의 성지식과 성폭력 대처능력에 긍정적인 영향을 보임이 검증되었다. 따라서 성폭력 예방 코칭프로그램을 바탕으로 한 성교육이 보육시설과 보육교사에게 바람직한 유아 성교육 방법의 하나로서 매우 의미 있는 활동이 될 것으로 기대한다.
This research was written in order to know the children\'s sexual knowledge and the ability of coping with sexual matters and violences by application of child abuse prevention coaching programs. Objects of this study are 4-year-old 20 children. Regarding to the gender, 10 children were assigned in experiment group and the others were assigned controlled group randomly. The process of research is like as follows. First, pre-examine had been done. Next, the Child Abuse Coaching Program was practiced to the experiment group and none of methods did to the controlled group. Research results are like as follows. First, in the children\'s sexual knowledge, notable differences appeared in the experiment group compared to the controlled group. Second, in the children\'s ability of coping with sexual violences, regardful differences appeared in the experiment group compared to the controlled group. Through these results, it is proved that the Child Abuse Prevention Program for is effective. Therefore, sex education based on the child sexual violence prevention coaching program is expected to be a very meaningful activity for both childcare facilities and teachers as one of the desirable methods for child sex education.
