This study has the aim of examining the effect of how the practice of the experience at the social work practicum and the satisfaction with the major subject to the identity of the profession of social welfare, and the results of this study are as follows : 1) Experience at the social work practicum showed that the first class was most by 158 persons, and the position of the supervisor was acted most(35.3%) by the team leader showing that they understand the importance of the study at the actual site in the facility. Cycle of the education of the supervision has been conducted by regular education such as daily education in most cases while the degree of participation of the persons majoring in social welfare at the social work practicum showed higher. 2) Currently there was the difference in the degree of satisfaction with the major subject and identity by group according to the degree of satisfaction at the time of deciding the major subject, but times of experience of the social work practicum and the degree of faith in the practice showed to have no difference. 3) Models including the degree of satisfaction with the major subject, number of the steps of the organization of the practice, the degree of satisfaction of the parents with the selection of the major subject, point of the time of the implementation in doing the orientation of the organization practice, the degree of satisfaction with the practical study in the school, the degree of satisfaction of the person with the selection of the major subject, academic history of supervisor, reflection of the will at the time of choosing the organization of the practice, type of the organization of the practice, and the degree of learning the major subject explain the identity of the profession of social welfare in .05 of the level of attention while 81.9% is explained by independent variables included in type.
