고령화에 따른 세대 간의 갈등과 가치관의 혼돈에 대한 사회문제와 효를 배경으로 삼았으며, 연구목적은 전통적 효 사상을 현대적으로 승화시켜 현대적 효행 덕목을 개발하여 새로운 효 문화를 정립하는데 있다. 내용은 국내외 효 문화관련 정책현황 및 연구 실태에 대한 문헌고찰 및 자료를 분석하고 효행장려를 위한 효행교육지도사 제도화방안을 『효행장려 및 지원에 관한 법률』에 근거한 효 문화 활성화 기대하는 내용이다. 연구결과 효행교육지도사양성의 교육과정개발과 국가차원에서 효문화진흥원 설치와 전 국민 대상의 효 문화 인프라구축이 필요하다.
This research refers to the confusion of the value concept and the trouble of the generation gap according to the aged by a two-generation family, and made it with the social problem and the filial duty for the background. The purpose of the research is that the traditional thoughts to the filial duty sublimes in modern style, and the new filial cultures are in a triangular position by developing high moral repute in the filial realities. The contents of the research are the making a analysis of the documents and data about the research realities and policy states which are related to the filial cultures in the domestic and foreign countries, and having hope for activations of the filial cultures founded by the laws for the incitement and support of filial duty with the settled institutional plan for the teachers who teach filial education. The results of research are the development of the educational course for training teachers and to be recognized the necessity of establishing the filial culture promotional organization under the government and it is necessity to capable of carrying out the centripetal role of the infra foundation through the filial cultures for the people.
