본 연구는 현행 실습평가서가 사회복지현장실습목표 및 실제 실습내용 등과 초점상의 일 관성을 반영한 평가도구인지 알아보기 위해 교수, 기관 실습지도자, 학생 등으로 대상을 구분, 각각이 판단하는 현장실습목표의 중요 정도와 실제 전달된 실습(지도)내용 등을 검 토한 후, 이들 결과가 평가서 문항에 대한 평가내용과 어느 정도 일관성을 지녔는가를 중 심으로 살펴보았다. 그 결과는 몇 가지로 정리된다. 먼저, 사회복지현장실습이 지역사회나 정책, 전달체계 등에 관한 간접실천보다는 직접적 문제해결원조 부분에 강조점을 두는 것 으로 나타났다. 특히 실습지도자의 지역사회개입, 정책 및 행정분야 영역에 관한 평가는 부정적 경향이 더욱 강했다. 그러나 실습지도자의 경력기간에 따라 이러한 입장은 유의미 한 차이가 있었다. 사례관리와 프로그램기획과 신청서 및 보고서 작성은 매우 중요하게 다루어지는 것으로 나타나 직접실천 강조 경향과는 부합되지 않는 비일관성을 보였다. 또 한 직접 실천의 강조에도 불구하고 면접기술에 대한 평가는 적절하지 않은 것으로 나타 났다.
This study purposes on examining learning objectives, learning contents and evaluation protocol of social work practicum. Results of the study can be summarized as follows: First, it is found that direct social work practice tends to be more emphasized rather than indirect practice in practicum. Secondly, rather than professor group, supervisor group in particular shows more hesitancy in evaluating students' performance in light of community interventions and policy related delivery systems. However, thirdly, in regard to second result mentioned above, supervisors have different position in accordance with one's years of work. Lastly, in spite of emphasis on education of direct service, evaluating students' interviewing skills would not be very appropriate in practicum situation.
