This is a case study of an intervention to a husband whose wife has paranoic symptoms. The unilateral therapy, consisting of 7 sessions only with husband, has focused on clarifying the dysfunctional pattern of the interaction between the client and his wife, and helping to improve their marital relationship through an enhanced mutual understanding. The therapist applied the Solution-Focused Brief Therapy model as a primary therapeutic paradigm, and supplemented it with various system approaches such as communication, coaching and so on. Major intervention techniques adopted are joining, appreciation, clarifying the problem, reframing, questions for a change, confrontation and giving tasks. Following the therapeutic intervention, many positive changes took place in their marital relationship, which has contributed to reducing the wife\'s anger and her paranoic symptoms significantly.
