본 연구는 장애노인의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 탐색하여 이들의 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위한 장애노인복지 정책적, 실천적 방안을 제시하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 2008년 보건복지부에서 실시한 노인생활실태 및 욕구조사 자료를 2차 분석하였다. 연구대상은 만 65세 이상 장애노인이며 비교 집단으로 비 장애노인을 설정하였다. 장애노인의 생활만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인을 크게 인구학적 특성, 기능 및 건강, 생산적 활동, 가족 요인을 중심으로 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 장애노인과 비 장애노인 모두 생산적 활동 요인 중 사회활동 참여와 가족요인이 생활만족도에 높게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 장애노인은 ADL과 만성질환이 생활만족도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났고, 비 장애노인은 건강요인 이 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경제활동과 돌봄활동의 생산적 활동요인이 장애노인에게는 생활만족도에 영향을 미치지 않고, 비 장애노인에게는 부적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과 를 토대로 장애노인의 생활만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 비 장애노인과 같은 서비스가 제공됨과 동시에 문화와 여가생활 참여 강화, 가족지원정책 강화, 그리고 장애노인에게 일자리사업의 우선적 지원 등을 제시하였다.
The purpose of this study is to examine the factors influencing the quality of life and present the political and practical plan for the improve the quality of life for the elderly with disability. We analyzed the raw data of the old people life actual condition which executes from 2008 Ministry of Health and Welfare. The subjects for the study was the elderly with disability at the age of 65 and over. and comparative group was the elderly without disability at the age of 65 and over. The factors influencing the quality of life are the function and healthy and productive activity, and family. The results appeared that the social activity participation and the family factors influenced highly the quality of life. ADL and the chronic disease didn't affected in quality of life for the elderly with disability and affected in quality of life for the elderly without disability. Economic activity and Caring their grandchildren didn't affected in quality of life for the elderly with disability and did affected negatively for the elderly without disability. We proposed the implication for the political and practical improvement plan as follows : will have to provide the service of culture and leisure life participation reinforcement, family support, and employment service for the elderly with disability.
