The purpose of this study was to verify the relationship among educational activity affecting factors, teaching
concerns, and strategic activity of sport instructors. The data were collected among sport instructors by
convenience sampling method, and a total of 190 copies of data were used in this study. The normality test
on the collected data were verified by using descriptive statistics. The validity and reliability of extracted
servant leadership, empowerment, and sport emotion were proven by exploratory factor analysis. The
relationship among each factor was analyzed by correlation analysis, hierarchial regression analysis, and
mediated regression analysis. The results were as follows. First, according to the result of the hierarchial
regression analysis of educational activity affecting factors and teaching concerns, the educational activity
affecting factors had influence on the teaching concerns of Model 2 better than Model 1. Second, according to
the result of the hierarchial regression analysis of teaching concerns and strategic activity, teaching concerns
had influence on the strategic activity of Model 3 better than Model 1 and Model 2. Third, according to the
result of the hierarchial regression analysis of educational activity affecting factors and strategic activity,
educational activity affecting factors had influence on the strategic activity of Model 2 better than Model 1.
Fourth, according to the result of the mediated regression analysis of educational activity affecting factors and
strategic activity, it was presented that teaching concerns of strategic activity had no mediate effect.
