국문초록

본 연구의 주된 목적은 스노우보드의 너비스 턴과 카빙 턴 동작을 운동학적 변인 중심으로 분석 하는 것이다. 구체적으로 너비스 턴과 카빙 턴 동작을 나누어 각 턴 동작시 한턴(one-turrn)에서 이 루어지는 운동학적 변인인 신체중심의 높이, 신체중심의 속도, 상체 전경각, 상체와 왼쪽 대퇴간 사 잇각, 어깨선과 고관절선간 사잇각, 설면과 신체중심 수직선으로 형성된 삼각형 면적 등을 중심으로 숙련자와 비숙련자별로 분석하고 나아가서 두 턴의 동작을 비교 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 얻어진 분석 결과는 실제 기술 수준에 따른 스노우보더 라이딩 동작의 모형을 구축 하는 기본 자료로 제공될 수 있을 것이다.

영문초록

The purpose of this study was to analyse the motion of snowborading novice turn and carving turn. The subjects of this study were selected from active members of snowbording club of the S University and they were all male students and the researchers divided them into two groups of skilled (certified members of KSIA) and unskilled category(less than 2 years experience). Slope degree was 9° and the subjects made one turn in a rectangular area (6m×6m×2m) and a total of 4 video cameras were set up (30frames/sec, 1/500sec) in between analysis area. Subjects weared leotard type apparel and discernable tapes were attached in joint areas of the body. The higher degree of change in terms of center of mass height were detected from unskilled group than skilled in novice and carving turn analysis and the difference were more significant in carving turn's case. The maximum speed in the center of mass for novice turn of the skilled was found in intermediate time zone while it was in the second half of carving turn for the skilled subjects. Meanwhile, unskilled subjects' maximum speed was detected in early portion of both novice and carving turn. In case of view analysis of the foreground angle of trunk and the angle between upper body and left thigh, the unskilled group showed a higher degree of change. It was found that carving turn had more changes in aforementioned angle measurements. In the analysis of steering angle unskilled group showed a discernable changes than the skilled group. It was also found that carving turn showed a lesser degree of angle change than novice turn. Finally, the size of area of triangle formed by the vertical lines formulated by center of mass, deck and ground was bigger in case of unskilled group than skilled. It was also detected the area in the carving turn was smaller than the novice turn.
