The purpose of this study is how to affect dynamic tripod handwriting assistive tool to
children\'s accuracy (legibility) of handwriting and speed, as well as the satisfactory matter of
handwriting. Subjects were 33 normal children who have never had hand-related injury and are
currently attend kindergartens in the city of Kim Hae. We examined the subject children\'s
handwriting speed and legibility when handwriting tool was given or not. At this examination, the study team use Korean alphabet scale, and the handwriting speed was measured with stopwatches. There were no meaningful differences between legibility and speed with using assistive tool(p>0.05). The satisfaction with using assistive tool was apparently high. For further research, the study needs to analysis more about the children who have difficulties in handwriting by applying this dynamic tripod handwriting assistive tool in long
term use.
