Generally, for trying to minimize boredom of exercise, we used to watch movie or listen to music with exercise. therefore, we need research to estimate effect of these sensory stimulation when exercise Our study is to analyze effect for muscular activity of air-pressure exercise health instrument when it be provided audio-visual stimulation, and we estimate validity of audio-visual stimulation with muscle exercise. For this one, when we made general instrument of exercise , we divide subject group between group for being provided audio-visual stimulation and group for non-stimulation and we make progress total 10-subject experiment. From subject experiment, we found significant thing that muscular activity of group with audio-visual stimulation is higher than non-stimulation group, therefore we could find thing that to exercise with audio-visual stimulation is more effective.
