The purpose of this study is to understand the achievements of interchange project with the countries of multicultural families conducted in 2017 and to draw implications for various international educational cooperation projects that are expected to expand in the future. The influence of the project on the competence of the participant teachers was examined by two sessions of a questionnaire. The outbound teachers showed a statistically significant positive change on the global competence level, and inbound teaches showed positive statistically significant changes in teaching efficacy, teaching capacity, and awareness of Korea. Based on the results, implications for international education cooperation projects are suggested as follows. First, in order to manage the quality of teacher interchange projects, it is necessary to evaluate the performance
according to the key indicators in performance management and to build a feedback system that contributes to future projects. In order to address these issues, cooperation on performance measurement should be preceded in consultation with partner countries. Second, the on-line system is needed to provide an effective basis for online surveys.
