The aim of this study is to figure out the relationship among Teacher's Self-Leadership, Teacher's Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teacher’s Job Satisfaction. This study is based on the survey 237 elementary school teachers, who have been working in Seoul and Incheon. First, the correlations among three variables were measured by Pearson's correlation coefficien. Second, the influence of Teacher’s Self-Leadership on the other variables was examined by the multiple regression. Finally, goodness of fit of research model and the casual relationship among the three variables were explored by structural equation modeling analysis. All the analyses were processed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The result of this study were as in the following. First, there were significant correlations among the three variables. Second, the multiple regression analysis, reported that Teacher’s Self-Leadership provides effects on both Teacher's Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Teacher’s Job Satisfaction. Third, fit of the research model used in this study was confirmed as good. Fourth, Teacher’s Self-Leadership affected directly Teacher’s Job Satisfaction and had an indirect influence on Teacher’s Job Satisfaction through Teacher's Organizational Citizenship Behavior.
