This study is designed to find out the degree of practice and educational experience and needs of child care teachers. The survey was conducted on 478 child care teachers working in Seoul City, Anyang, Bucheon and Cheonan, South Chungcheong-do. The results of the study are as follows. First, When we look at the practice of personal information management as the subject of child care teachers’ personal information, childcare teachers are well acquainted with the terms of use when managing information in PC or subscribing to websites. However, they do not manage their personal certificate well. Second, when we look at management practices as a personal information processor, data backup related to childcare work is not practiced the most. However, it has been shown that the printout of child personal information is well done. There were group differences in management level according to age and career. There was no difference according to the type of institution. Third, the results of the survey on the experiences and needs of the teachers on personal information protection education are as follows. 62.8% of the respondents said that they did not have any education. They wanted to conduct personal information protection training once a year. And it was found that they wanted the parallel type of collective education and collective education and online education the most. Therefore, it is necessary to support various forms of accessibility education actively. It is necessary to identify and approve aspects that personal information is not well managed.
