This study aimed to develop and apply a program to improve elementary students’ creativity in the English subject reflecting the revised 2015 version of national curriculum, in order to foster creativity and talents persons. Four lessons of lessons for 4th grade students were developed, and assisted with mobile technology and creative thinking methods based on the design thinking and flipped learning models, and analyzed the effects. The results showed that the scores in the areas of interest of subject, value of subject, and learning self-efficacy showed positive increase, but not statistically significant though, whereas the score in competency for creativity showed statistically significant difference. The results showed the program was effective to improve competency for creativity in terms of creative information collection and solution, and idea generation. It is needed to provide more opportunities for students to utilize mobile technology and to adapt into classroom, and to expand creativity education further in the English subject in elementary schools.
