목적 : 본 연구에서는 뇌졸중으로 진단받은 고령 환자 26명을 대상으로 손 근력과 임피던스 값과의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 진행하였다. 연구방법 : 본 연구는 뇌졸중으로 진단받은 26명의 뇌졸중 노인을 대상으로 2016년 10월부터 2017년 3월 까지 진행하였으며 MultiScan 5000을 통해 임피던스를 측정하여 분석하였다. 손 근력 (쥐는 힘, 측면집기, 세손가락집기, 손끝집기)은 악력계(dynamometer)와 핀치게이지(pinch gage)를 이용해 측정하였다. 연구결과 : 임피던스 측정값과 손 근력간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위해 상관관계 분석을 진행한 결과 손의 근력과 바이오 임피던스 결과 값 간의 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다(p<.05). 결론 : 본 연구 결과를 통해 뇌졸중 환자의 손의 근력과 임피던스 값의 유의한 상관관계가 있다는 것을 확인할 수 있었고 또한, 작업치료와 같은 재활치료를 받는 뇌졸중 환자 치료에 정량화된 수치로 측정할 수 있는 평가분석도구로서의 가능성을 제시하였다. 이후 연구에서는 임피던스 분석을 통한 여러 환자 군, 다양한 신체부위 그리고 재활치료효과 등을 측정하는 연구가 필요하겠다.
Objective : In this study, the correlation between hand’s strength and bioelectrical impedance in stroke patients was examined using data collected from 26 stroke patients. Methods : This study was made with data collected from 26 patients diagnosed with stroke from October 2016 to April 2017: using the MultiScan 5000, bio-electrical impedance was measured, and using the dynamometer and pinch gage, hand’s strength (hand’s grip strength and finger’s strength) was measured. Results : In the analysis of correlation between hand’s strength and impedance, for investigating correlations between impedance and hand’s grip strength, it was shown that there was a significant correlation between hand’s strength and bio impedance(p<.05). Conclusion : From results of this study, it was possible to conclude that there was a significant correlation between hand’s strength and impedance in stroke patients, and suggest that this study could be a useful means to measure various conditions of stroke patients receiving rehabilitation in the quantitative manner. In the future, it would be necessary to explore how to use the impedance analysis in addressing other patient groups, other body domains, or rehabilitation effects.
