본 연구는 통합교육 환경 내 발달장애 학생들을 대상으로 실시한 사회성 기술 중재의 연구 동향과 중재 내용을 분석함으로써 사회성 기술 교육의 적용 방안과 후속연구 방향을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 분석 기준에 따라 2010년부터 2020년까지 국내 학술지에 게재된 15편의 연구를 선정하고 연구 참여자, 실험설계 및 절차, 종속변인, 독립변인(중재 내용, 중재 환경 및 시간, 중재 실행자, 교수 전략)에 대해 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 통합교육 환경 내 발달장애 학생들의 사회성 기술 중재 연구는 초등 지적장애 학생을 대상으로 한 경우가 많았고, 연구설계는 사전사후 통제집단 설계가 상대적으로 더 자주 사용되었으며, 종속변인 측정은 주로 연구 참여자의 자기 보고에 의존한 비표준화 검사 도구의 비중이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 중재 환경에는 통합학급 수업시간이 가장 많이 포함되었으나 중재자는 특수교사인 경우가 많았다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 다양한 대상자, 연구설계, 중재 환경을 포함한 후속연구의 필요성과 통합학급 담임교사의 역할 강화, 대상 학생의 사회성 기술 특성에 알맞은 교수 전략 계획과 관련한 제언이 이루어졌다.
The purpose of this study was to review the research studies on social skill intervention for students with developmental disabilities in inclusive schools. A total of 15 articles published between 2010 and 2020 was selected. The analyses were conducted in terms of participants, research design, dependent variables and independent variables. The results of the study were as follows. First, many studies focused on elementary students with intellectual disabilities rather than students with autistic spectrum disorders. Secondly, a majority of studies used pretest-posttest control group design and non-standardized self-reporting measurement for evaluating the effects of social skill interventions. The most frequently used environment for the interventions was inclusive classroom. More special education teachers conducted the interventions than inclusive classroom teachers. Recommendations for future research and the development of effective social skill interventions for students with developmental disabilities were discussed.
