The subjects of the survey were 150 users of the senior welfare center in Bud. Looking at the general characteristics, there were many women, the age group of use was in their 80s or older, and the period of use was more than 5 years. As a result of a survey on health conditions, "it is good" was the most, and as a result of checking the use of walkers and wheelchairs, the proportion of non-users was high. According to the results of the study's general characteristics (gender, age, member classification, and period of use), most users were highly satisfied with the information desk facility (structural accessibility) with Gyeonggi-do universal design, but there was a significant difference in service (consistency) and service (consistency) satisfaction. Compared to the group with a usage period of more than 5 years, users with a relatively short usage period showed higher satisfaction with the service (consistency), and the lower the age, the higher the satisfaction with the service (consistency). Accordingly, it was found that it was necessary to change the use information service by reflecting the needs according to the general characteristics (use period, age).
