The purpose of this study is to present strategies for promoting junior college adult learners and measures to prevent dropout at a time when the number of unfulfilled students is increasing compared to general universities. The research method used a literature research method that collects data through literature, which is the result of existing research. Mungyeong University, Chongshin University Lifelong Education Center Weekend Class, and Jangan University were presented as examples of strategies for promoting adult learners' entrance exams and preventing dropouts. Through this, the Ministry of Education's participation in life projects, recruitment targets, locations, and methods were derived as a strategy to promote adult learners' entrance exams at junior colleges, and as a way to prevent dropout, it was proposed to establish and operate a dropout support organization.
