본 연구의 목적은 한국과 호주의 음악과 교육과정 비교⋅분석 연구를 통하여 새롭게 개정된 2022 음악과 교육과정을 탐색하고 이를 바탕으로 한국 음악과 교육과정에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해, 본 논문에서는 문헌연구방법을 활용하여 한국의 2022 음악과 교육과정과 호주의 음악과 교육과정(Version 9.0) 문서 자료를 역량, 성격, 목표, 내용 체계, 성취기준 등의 항목을 중심으로 비교⋅분석하였다. 연구 결과 각 분석 항목별로 두 나라 교육과정의 특징과 유사점 및 차이점을 도출하였으며, 이를 바탕으로 음악과 역량, 성격 및 목표 항목의 내용, 교육과정 설계 방식 등과 관련된 시사점을 제안하였다. 2022 개정 음악과 교육과정이 현장에서 순차적으로 적용되는 과정에서 본 논문과 같은 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지길 바라며, 아울러 이 연구가 도움이 되기를 기대한다.
The purpose of this study is to explore the newly revised 2022 music curriculum through comparative and analytical research on music curriculum in Korea and Australia, and to derive implications for the Korean music curriculum based on this study. By using the literature research method, the 2022 music curriculum in Korea and Australia(Version 9.0) document data were compared and analyzed, focusing on items such as competency, rationale, goal, content system, and achievement standard. As a result of the study, the characteristics, similarities, and differences of the curriculum of the two countries were derived for each analysis item, and based on the data analysis, several implications such as music competency, contents of rationale and goal item, and curriculum design method were suggested. In the process of sequentially applying the 2022 revised music curriculum in the field, it is hoped that future research will be continuously conducted, and that this research will be helpful.
