Objective : The purpose of this study is to increase the efficiency of rehabilitation treatment and improve the quality of life of patients by identifying and understanding the nature of the difficulties experienced by patients in chronic rehabilitation treatment. Methods : Through the phenomenological research method, the experience of rehabilitation treatment was investigated for 7 chronic patients and guardians, and data were collected and analyzed in-depth through semi-structured interviews. Results : As a result of analyzing the results by dividing them into five categories through the interview contents of this study, problems such as hospital and service selection restrictions, lack of rehabilitation professionals, and system and fee were derived. Conclusion : Various problems that hinder the continuity and effectiveness of rehabilitation therapy were derived, and practical measures such as improving the rehabilitation service delivery system, expanding rehabilitation professionals, improving the insurance system, and strengthening the government's institutional support were confirmed to solve these problems.
