The purpose of this study is to identify the reactive characteristics of DAPR drawings test in relation to job stress and the stress response method of hospital computer room workers, then to learn if DAPR is likely to be used as a complementary tool in diagnosing job stress and stress management strategy of those employees. In the study, I targets 88 people working at 19 hospitals computer rooms around B city. I used DAPR test, job stress scale and stress response scale as a research tool. In addition, the analysis of the data was performed using the SPSS WIN 21.0 Version for technical statistics, independent t-verification, one way ANOVA, and post verification(Scheffe). The research findings were as follows. First,, tamong the individual variables of the hospital computer workers, their ability to cope with picture stress over the working period varied, and there was a difference in picture stress resources according to age. Secondly, there were differences in stress response resource with the DAPR in the parts such as R4(other protection tools), R11 (whole face), R14 (size of a person), and S9 (a puddle).
