First, as a result of analyzing the difference of professional capital between schools, the elementary school teachers showed higher average value than the middle and high school teachers in the case of human capital and decisional capital, but the average value of social capital was higher than that of elementary school teachers. Second, as a result of analyzing the ratio and pattern of each potential class, the gap of social capital among the elementary and middle school teachers was two, respectively, and the high school teachers The gap between human capital and social capital is large. Third, as a result of analyzing the factors affecting the types of professional capital holdings of teachers, middle school teachers examined the relative influence of high social capital type on the basis of low social capital type , At the teacher level, the higher the satisfaction of teaching, the higher the probability of belonging to high social capital type , and at school level, the higher the school principal s leadership is, the higher the probability of belonging to high social capital type . As a result of examining the relative influence of each variable on the basis of low professional capital type , high school teachers were more likely to belong to high human capital type when their teaching career was high, their academic background was more than masters, and their morale and enthusiasm were high. And it is more likely to belong to high social capital type when it is a female teacher, has a low teaching career, and high morale and enthusiasm. Also, the higher the morale and enthusiasm, the higher the probability of belonging to the professional capital type . However, in the case of elementary school teachers, the relative influence of high social capital type was not statistically significant.
