본 연구는 초등돌봄교실 아동의 자기표현을 위한 현실요법 집단미술치료 과정에서 아동 이 어떠한 경험을 하고 그 경험의 의미가 무엇인지 탐구하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 P 시 지역 연계형 초등돌봄교실 1, 2학년 아동 7명을 대상으로 2018년 9월부터 12월까지 주 1 회, 총 12회에 걸쳐 60∼80분씩 현실요법 집단미술치료를 실시했다. 연구 자료는 기관(원장, 담당 교사)과 학부모 면담자료, 전문가 3인의 자기표현 관찰목록에 따른 평가자료, 회기별 미술치료 일지와 녹취자료, 연구자 개인연구일지를 통해 수집했고, 자기표현 관찰목록 조작 적 정의에 따른 행동 변화 및 Krippendorff(2004) 분석 과정에 따른 결과로 경험의 의미를 도출했다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 연구 자료를 통해 자기표현 변화과정을 분 석한 결과, 자기표현 경험에 대한 만족감 및 행복감을 확인했으며, 긍정적 자기표현 향상 과 부정적 자기표현 및 긍정적, 부정적 타인표현의 감소를 확인했다. 둘째, 초등돌봄교실 저 학년 아동의 현실요법 집단미술치료 경험의 의미는 ‘낯선 환경 속에서 시작하는 미술 활동’, ‘호기심과 자기표현의 작은 시작들’, ‘그동안 표현하지 못했던 답답함을 고백함’, ‘함께 표현 하는 과정에서의 마찰과 수용’, ‘내가 가장 원하는 욕구를 마음껏 표현함’, ‘미술 활동 속 나 를 표현하는 즐거움’ 6개의 의미로 범주화되었다. 본 연구는 초등돌봄교실 아동의 건강한 성장과 심리적 지원을 위한 현실요법 미술치료 개입의 근거를 마련했다는 데 의의가 있다.
This study aims to analyze the experiences and meanings and process of change of a care class in elementary school children s self-expression on the reality therapeutic group art therapy. The participant were 7 in lower grade students in P city at a care class in elementary school. The program was carried out once a week for 12 sessions, 60～80 minutes each, from September and December in 2018. The data of this study were gathered and analyzed through the interviews with the agency and parents, the evaluation data according to the self-expression observation list of 3 experts, the therapy note and recording data, and the personal research journal. It drew a experience and meaning base on behavioral variation according to the operating definition of self-expression observation list and results of Krippendorff (2004) s content analysis process. The results are following: First, it confirmed the satisfaction and happiness of children’s self-expression experience was confirmed and positive self-expressions were increased and negative expressions toward others were decreased. Second, experience and meaning of this study is categorized into six. Art activities that start in an unfamiliar environment , Small beginning of curiosity and self-expression , Confessed to the frustration I couldn t express , Friction and acceptance in the process of expressing together , Expressing the desires i want the most and Pleasure to express myself in art activities . This study is meaningful in that it provided the basis for intervention in reality therapeutic group art therapy for healthy growth of primary care classroom children and psychological support.
