이 연구는 비디오 모델링과 자기점검 전략을 결합한 중재가 지적장애 고등학생의 키오스크 사용 기술에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상은 고등학교 특수학급 지적장애 학생 3명이었으며 패스트푸드점에서 사용하는 키오스크 사용 기술을 대상자간 중다기초선 설계를 적용하여 중재를 실시하였다. 중재는 연구 대상에게 패스트푸드점 키오스크 사용기술을 과제분석하여 단계에 맞게 비디오 영상으로 제작하여 제시하였다. 비디오 영상을 시청한 후 태블릿PC를 활용한 자기점검 전략을 적용하였다. 자료수집은 키오스크 사용 기술 체크리스트를 활용하였다. 자료의 처리는 키오스크 사용 기술을 독립적으로 수행한 수를 백분율로 산출하였고, 측정된 자료는 시각적 그래프로 나타내었다. 연구 결과 비디오 모델링과 자기점검 전략이 지적장애 고등학생의 키오스크 사용기술의 독립적인 수행을 증가시키고, 유지되었으며 지역사회 패스트푸드 매장에서 일반화되었음을 보여주었다.
The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of video modeling combined with self-monitoring strategies on the acquisition of using a Kiosk skill of high school students with intellectual disabilities ordering food in a fast food restaurant. The subjects of this study were Three high school students with intellectual disabilities, age 17 who enrolled in a special class in a general school. Multiple baseline probe design across subjects were utilized for this study. The results of the study were as follows: video modeling combined with self-monitoring strategy improved the Kiosk skill of the participants. The effects were maintained after withdrawing the intervention. The average of non-overlapping data point(PND) was 100%, indicating a ‘high effective level’ intervention effect. The result of this study suggested that video modeling combined with self-monitoring strategies were an effective intervention enhancing using Kiosk activity skill for a high school students with intellectual disabilities. The results were maintained until two weeks after intervention and generalized at the other fast-food restaurant.
