본 연구는 초등학교 스포츠 강사의 감정노동이 조직몰입과 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 2011년 2월 중 대전과 충남에서 근무하고 있는 초등학교 스포츠 강사들을 모집단으로 설정하고 편의 표본추출법을 이용하여 162명의 표본을 추출하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSSWIN VER 12.0 프로그램을 활용하여 요 인분석, 빈도분석, Cronbach\'s α 검사, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였으며 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 스포츠 강사의 감정노동의 변인인 표면행위와 심층행위 모두 조직몰입에 정(＋)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것 으로 나타났다. 둘째, 스포츠 강사의 감정노동의 변인인 표면행위는 이직의도에 정(＋)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치 는 것으로 나타났으며, 심층행위는 이직의도에 부(-)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 스포츠 강사의 조직몰입은 이직의도에 부(-)적으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of emotional labor of elementary school sports instructors. The data were collected from 162 sports instructors using convenience sampling method. With the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression were performed by SPSSWIN 12.0. The result of this analysis were summarized as follows. First, the emotional labor of sports instructors impacted positive(＋) influence on organizational commitment. Second, surface acting, the variable of emotional labor impacted positive(＋) influence on turnover intention, but deep acting, the variable of emotional labor impacted negative(-) influence on turnover intention. Third, organizational commitment of sports instructors impacted negative(-) influence on turnover intention.
