This study researched a case of sandtray therapy on 13 years old female child with ADHD tendency. She felt some difficulties to do self-control, to maintain concentration and to make any personal relationship in the beginning of the therapy. She also showed tendency of hyperactivity, impulsiveness, carelessness and attention deficit during the early therapy sessions. A total of 20 sessions has been offered for the child. Several interesting results were found from this study. First, her aggressive attitude against other children has been reduced nevertheless she still talked to other children discursively. Second, she started to apologize for her mistakes. Third, she was interested in doing homework after getting praised for completing her homework. Fourth, her concentration has been increased. This study concludes with these results that sandtray therapy has therapeutic effect for the child with ADHD tendency.
