By looking at teachers' awareness and reality of creativity education in early
childhood education field, the purpose of this study is to provide the database
that can be invigorate creativity education for children by diagnosing and
reflecting creativity education for young children. The subjects of this study
were 238 teachers who are working for kindergarten where are located in
Gyeonggi-do Province. Based on the data collected, it was concluded that a
systematic program is needed for teachers to improve and expand their
knowledge, understanding of creativity, and the ability to utilize the knowledge
and the understanding at the field.
