The purpose of this research find out to through comparative analysis study the level of gross
movement development skill between the mild mentally retarded elementary student and the peer
non-disability elementary student about the flexibility, muscular strength, quickness, equilibrium
of 5 grade elementary school.
The subject were mild mentally retarded or peer non-disability student group of 2 grade in the
elementary school and sample size is 20.
Firstly, the development level of flexibility boundary appear to high the most inter-individual
difference about 3 times that was disability student group more than non-disability student group and the disability student group appeared to the advanced movement skill level at 56.06%, this was retarded even less than the non-disability student group.
Secondly, the development level of muscular strength boundary appear to high inter-individual
difference about 1.5 times that was disability student group more than non-disability student
group and the disability student group appeared to the advanced movement skill level at 54.6
3%, this was retarded even less than the non-disability student group for two or four at least.
Thirdly, the development level of quickness boundary appear to the least inter-individual difference about 1.4 times that was disability student group more than non-disability student
group and the disability student group appeared to be alike the advanced movement skill level
at 88.78%, this was retarded less than the non-disability student group
Finally, the development level of equilibrium boundary appear to high inter- individual
difference about 2.9 times that was disability student group more than non-disability student
group and the disability student group appeared to be lowest the advanced movement skill level
at 32.37%, this was retarded even less than the non-disability student group
