｢2008년 개정 특수학교 교육과정｣은 교육인적자원부 제2008-3호(2008.02.26)로 고시되어 2009년 3월 1일부터 기본교육과정은 전면 시행되고, 국민공통 기본교육과정은 2009년 3월 1일부 터 초등학교 1, 2학년을 대상으로 실시하여 연차적으로 적용하게 된다. 이 연구의 목적은 개정 특 수학교 재량 활동 교육과정 특성과 편성ㆍ운영상의 쟁점에 관한 선행 연구, 외국의 사례, 교육과정 관련 문서 고찰을 통하여 노정(露呈)된 문제점을 기초로, 향후 연차적으로 도입되는 재량 활동 교 육과정의 개선 방안을 제시하는 데 있다. 이와 같은 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해서 재량 활동 교 육과정 편성ㆍ운영상의 문제 제기와 개선 방안 제시가 교육과정 문서 및 편성ㆍ운영 방안 개선에 시사점을 제공할 수 있을 것으로 판단되어, 두 가지 방법으로 접근하였다. 먼저, 선행 연구, 외국 사례 고찰 결과를 토대로 현행 재량 활동 교육과정 문서의 특성에 대하여 분석하였으며 다음으로, 재량 활동 교육과정 편성ㆍ운영상의 문제점에 기초하여 문서의 적합성에 대해 분석하는 방법을 취하였다. 이 연구의 결과는 개정 특수학교 재량 활동 교육과정의 현장 적합 성 문제 제기에 따른 여러 가지 시사점을 제공함으로써, 향후 교육과정 수시 개정 체제에 따른 재 량 활동 교육과정이 학교 현장에 적합한 개발이 되도록 일조할 것으로 기대된다.
The goal of the research which sees from execution process of 2008 opening a court 7th discretion activity curriculum distance is the improvement program of the qualitative discretionary activity curriculum document hereafter is introduced the problem point which becomes annually with foundation and investigates. Respects this with base analyzed the result of preceding research about appropriate characteristic of the current discretionary activity curriculum document. That will be able to provide the current point where the execution coat problem improves the document in execution coat problem and the method which analyzes was judged from the research which sees and established the appropriate characteristic child of the document confronts took. The result of the research which sees with afterwords is same.
