This study is to establish youth at the present time and the basic principles of administrative regions to find out the status of Korea Youth Administration and check the status and administration based on it future development of youth is the proposed research tasks. To this end, Youth Administration and the basic principles of conceptual and theoretical parts of the region look at the status of adolescents diagnosed with the administrative department of the government-dimensional, the budget side, business promotion and youth policy delivery system, local governments, youth policy, infrastructure sector, the main law sector, institutional changes, the private sector delivery system was investigated.
