This paper analyzes the trends and structural characteristics of Chinese foreign student in Korea. The globalization accelerates the physical resources interchanges, and also accelerates the human resources interchanges. As the economic development of China, the Chinese foreign student have been increased in Korea. In 1999, the Chinese foreign student only is 1182 person in Korea, but is 65203 person in 2011, is 74.97 percentage of all foreign student in Korea. Almost of the Chinese foreign student concentrated in Capital region, Seoul, GyeonGiDo, and Incheon, in Korea. And almost of the Chinese foreign student have been studying in bachelor course, and concentrated in Human and social science fields. In the base of the structural characteristics of Chinese foreign student, this paper suggests four viewpoint. First, the Capital region concentration need to think geographically reorganization. Second, we have to establish the incentive system for foreign student. Third, the national policy need to readjust for the Chinese foreign student. Fourth, we have to rethink the relation foreign student and multi-cultural mind.
