The aim of this study was on researching the concrete suggestion to be become
experts by making a nice educare diary. The research had two questions. first, how
teacher's status were making out of daily educare plan & evaluation. Secondly, how
their's difficulty were making out their dairy educare.
The questionnaires were analyzed of 400 educare teacher working at 72 accredited
child care center in Seoul and qualitative data from semi-structured interviews of 12
chosen to verify the above questions
The below were summaries about result from this study and survey. First, all of them
makes of educare plan and evaluation, and spended from 20 minutes to 1 hour per daily.
But they usually fills it after finishing work- time because they can't concentrate on it
owing to children or they were busy too much.
Second, educare teacher felt loaded on diary of educare plan and evaluation, in
ensuring time and space, and the absence standard guidance as the normal foam. They
wanted a separated room & team-teaching to make of educare plan and evaluation within
their working time. Moreover, they wanted the amendment of related laws to solve a
organizational contradiction.
